After almost one month with out my bike, today i got my bike back from workshop. Fresh with a brand-new look and scratch-less (almost!) body! For those who cares, here is the list of repairs and rates.

Bike – Pulsar 180 v2.3 (fear the black series without digital speedo and led back light)

Fork Oil – 72 Rs

Silencer repair (Welding and closing the hole near the end caused by rust) – 170 Rs

Painting (Front Mask only) – 350 Rs

Swing arm Bush Replacement – 248 Rs

Headlight Assembly (Orig. Bajaj ) – 790 Rs

Indicator – 3 * 75 Rs

Shoe Brake (rear) – 210 Rs

Engine Oil (Castrol 20w50) – 180 Rs

Labour Charge – 500 Rs (including Correcting Knee Gaurd bend,Fork bend and Brake lever Bend and full servicing )

Total – 2745 Rs.

I am happy with the result. The silencer was giving me lots of raised police-eyebrows ;) . Now , its perfect like a new bike!
